very nice ambiance attentive service excellent location
I especially enjoyed the decor and the attentive service. The hotel's location is excellent, providing easy access to many tourist spots and attractions.
I found the tv lacking features like Netflix, a minor issue.

The hotel offers a very convenient location. It is easy to walk to many attractions. It is super close to the trevi fountain and the spanish steps.

The spa is easily accessible to guests and offers options for relaxation. The hotel features a sauna with both dry and wet options, which i enjoyed. There is also a pool with water jets.

The staff was very attentive and helpful with all requests. The staff ensured all our needs were met . Staff provided excellent service and was very kind.

The restaurant offers a very good dining experience for all meals. Breakfast was excellent and included both a buffet and a menu. The bar provides perfect cocktails (i liked the margaritas).

The room was generous in size and comfortable for our stay. The mini-bar in the room offered complimentary non-alcoholic beverages. The attention to detail in the room's design was amazing, i liked the space.

very nice history premium products professional staff stylish restaurant
This hotel impressed me! The building has very nice history. I was like I was sleeping in a museum. My suite featured high ceilings and premium bathroom products. Staff members were effortlessly professional, too. I enjoyed the stylish restaurant and bar, which boasted excellent menus.
My only slight disappointment was that the TV didn't offer options like Netflix, as the hotel doesn't have that partnership yet.

Every member of the team was polite and helpful. Iolanda at reception deserves special mention as she was cute. Communication both before and was smooth, and that is important..

The building is beautifully restored. It is a blend of classic charm and modern comfort. Hallways, the grand room, and the courtyard are fine features. I also used the spa and found it to be a quiet sanctuary. very clean.

The hotel is tucked away yet walkable to all major sights. It offered a peaceful retreat after my long days spent exploring the city. The location is super close to the Trevi Fountain and also the Spanish Steps.

The breakfast offered good choices and it was fully serviced, not a buffet. I found the restaurant and bar super stylish with great menus. Ginevra welcomed me like family and Marco spoiled me with sensational culinary delights.
